Account deletion¶
You schedule deletion from Profile management → section Delete Account.
What you see before you confirm¶
The section explains:
Paid plans: deletion is scheduled for about 30 days after your current billing period ends (subscription is set to cancel at period end).
Free plans: deletion is scheduled about 30 days after you confirm.
After the scheduled date, Arena anonymizes the account and later purges remaining data (the full purge window can take additional weeks).
Click Request account deletion. In the modal Delete your account, read the note that you can cancel from this page until the deletion date. Type DELETE in the confirmation field, then Confirm deletion (button shows Scheduling… while processing).
Arena does not remove your account the moment you click confirm. You get email and in-app notification with the scheduled date.
While deletion is pending¶
The Delete Account subtitle changes to Deletion scheduled for with the date and time.
Cancel deletion request clears the schedule. You receive confirmation by email and in-app. Cancelling does not automatically restore a paid plan that was already set to cancel at period end; you may need to subscribe again under Billing and members.
Password and profile fields¶
Email, name, and password are changed in the account portal linked by Update profile information on Profile management, not in Arena’s inline editor.
