Organizations

An organization is your Arena workspace: shared projects, experiments, datasets, billing, and credit balance. You can belong to more than one organization but work in one current org at a time.

Types

Each org shows a type under its name in the profile menu: Personal or Business. You do not change this in day-to-day work; it is set when the org is created or when you upgrade.

Role is per organization. The same person can be a Manager in one org and a Member in another.

Switching organizations

  1. Open the profile menu.

  2. Under Profiles, click an org that is not outlined in brand green (the current org is outlined and not clickable).

  3. Arena switches workspace and sends you to Home.

Usage bars in the menu refresh for the new org’s plan and balance.

Members and invitations

Member management is on Billing and members → Manage members (disabled on Free plan).

Managers can:

  1. Open the profile menu → Billing and members → Manage members.

  2. Invite: enter an email and send. The invitee receives a link to join the workspace. Pending invitations expire after about 24 hours by default. Duplicate members or pending invites are rejected in the UI.

  3. Remove: use the remove control on a member row. Owned experiments and related records transfer to a Manager on the organization before membership ends.

  4. Reinvite: for expired invitations, use Reinvite in the members table.

Invites are available on paid plans (Professional, Business, Enterprise). Free has a single seat, so Manage members stays disabled.

Invited users appear in the member list with invitation status until they accept.

Member count counts toward plan workspace members limits (see Credits and plans).

Data isolation

Projects, experiments, environments, datasets, deployments, and usage belong to the active organization. Switching org changes every list you see. There is no cross-org project sharing in the UI.

Enterprise

Enterprise organizations show On-prem training cluster in the profile menu. Billing is handled under contract; self-serve checkout in the app is unavailable. Contact AgileRL for contract changes.
