Organizations

An organization is your Arena workspace: shared projects, experiments, datasets, billing, and balance. You can belong to more than one organization but work in one current org at a time.

Types

Each org shows a type under its name in the profile menu: Personal or Business. You do not change this yourself. A new org is Personal. The first time an Admin adds balance, it becomes Business.

The members list shows these names. Role is per organization. The same person can be an Admin in one org and a Member in another.

Switching organizations

  1. Open the profile menu.

  2. Under Profiles, click an org that is not outlined in brand green (the current org is outlined and not clickable).

  3. Arena switches workspace and sends you to Home.

The balance in the menu refreshes for the new org.

Members and invitations

Member management is on Billing and members → Manage members.

Admins can:

  1. Open the profile menu → Billing and members → Manage members.

  2. Invite: enter an email and send. The invitee receives a link to join the workspace. Pending invitations expire after about 24 hours by default. Duplicate members or pending invites are rejected in the UI.

  3. Remove: use the remove control on a member row. Owned experiments and related records transfer to an Admin on the organization before membership ends.

  4. Reinvite: for expired invitations, use Reinvite in the members table.

Invited users appear in the member list with invitation status until they accept.

Data isolation

Projects, experiments, environments, datasets, deployments, and usage belong to the active organization. Switching org changes every list you see. There is no cross-org project sharing in the UI.

Enterprise

Enterprise org Admins see Bring your own compute in the profile menu. That page is bring your own compute (BYOC): self-managed Kubernetes or cloud Kubernetes such as EKS, GKE, or Nebius. Billing is a contract. Off-platform contracts hide payment method, Add balance, and invoices. Stripe-billed Enterprise orgs still show a renewal day. Usage is still recorded in dollars.
