Usage and statements¶
Usage is in the profile menu. Managers only.
The page shows how much of your plan you have used, then a day-by-day credit ledger.
Plan usage summary¶
Four rows, each with a progress bar and label:
Training credits, for example {balance} of {limit} training credits remaining. Enterprise shows Unlimited training credits remaining (bar hidden).
Storage, for example {used}GB of {limit}GB storage used. Enterprise omits the cap in the label.
Deployments, for example {count} of {limit} deployments used.
Member seats, for example {count} of {limit} seats used.
The profile menu dropdown shows the same three mini bars for credits, storage, and deployments (not member seats).
Billing period and ledger¶
Heading Billing period - Current month (or a date range for a closed month).
Dropdown selects Current month (default) or a past month from the list.
Download icon opens Export Ledger Data. Confirm Export to save CSV with:
Daily summary (date, top-ups, credits used, balance)
Per-experiment lines for each day when you expand rows (experiment name, project, user, resource class, credits used)
Use exports to allocate cost across projects or teams and spot heavy usage days.
Current month table¶

Historical months¶
Choosing a prior period loads a stored statement. Summary rows appear:
Balance brought forward
Purchased
Consumed
Closing balance
The daily table uses the same columns as the current month.
How credits move¶
Debits attach to running jobs and resource classes. Top-ups include subscription renewal credits, one-time credit purchases, and occasional manual adjustments.
Low credit alerts on Profile management can email you. They do not replace checking Usage before large runs.
Members vs managers¶
Members can train when the org has credits and headroom, but cannot open Usage or export ledgers. Managers should review Usage before buying credit packs or changing plan.
