Billing¶

Billing and members is reachable from the profile menu. Managers only.

Plan¶

Section Plan shows the current tier in the subtitle (for example Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise — paid monthly plans use short names like Pro, not always the full card title).

Main line examples:

Free Plan
Paid, active: £{price} per month - Renews on the {day} of each month
Paid, cancelling: £{price} per month - Cancels on the {day} of this month
Enterprise renews on a day of the month without the standard £/month line when on contract billing

If a plan change is scheduled, a note appears: Plan will change to {name} on {date}.

Change plan opens a modal with plan cards. Tiers show a price preview before you continue checkout. Downgrades or moves to Free can schedule at period end (Scheduled badge on the target card).

Sidebar Upgrade your plan (free accounts) opens the same change-plan modal.

Members¶

Section Members with subtitle {N} Workspace members or Unlimited on Enterprise.

Manage members opens invite and remove flows (see Organizations). The button is disabled on Free (one seat).

Payment method¶

Section Payment method with subtitle Stripe Link.

Edit method sends you to the payment portal (Managers only). Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and similar). Enterprise contracts may also use wire transfer or purchase orders instead of card checkout.

Arena does not store full card numbers; payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors.

Billed to¶

Section Billed to shows organization name and billing email.

Edit information opens a modal to update name and email.

Extra training credits¶

Section Need more training credits? with Buy now.

Opens credit packs (100 / 500 / 1000) or a custom amount. After checkout you return to Arena; a success toast appears and balances refresh.

Invoices¶

Section Invoices lists billing documents.

Each row:

Upcoming Invoice for a draft, or open with a future due date.
Otherwise created date, status, and amount.

View Invoice opens the hosted invoice page (Managers only).
