Billing¶

Billing and members is reachable from the profile menu. Org Admins only. The members list shows that role as Admin.

Plan¶

Section Plan. The subtitle is Pay as you go or Enterprise.

Pay as you go is the default. The line under the subtitle tells you to add balance when you need it. Contact us on this section opens Talk to us about an Enterprise plan.

Enterprise billed in Stripe reads Enterprise - Renews on the {day} of each month when the renewal date is a real day. If that date is missing, the line is Enterprise.

Enterprise billed off-platform reads Enterprise — contract billing (invoices handled off-platform).

Add balance is on Billing and members. The balance is on Usage and in the profile menu. Org Admins on pay as you go also have Add balance in the sidebar. Both open the same purchase modal.

Members¶

Section Members. The subtitle is Workspace members on pay as you go, and Unlimited Workspace members on Enterprise.

Manage members opens invite and remove flows (see Organizations). Any org Admin can use it.

Payment method¶

Section Payment method with subtitle Manage cards and payment methods in Stripe.

Edit method opens the Stripe payment portal. Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and similar). This section is hidden when Enterprise is billed off-platform. Those contracts are invoiced outside the app (wire or purchase order, as agreed). Stripe-billed Enterprise orgs still see it.

Arena does not store full card numbers; payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors.

Billed to¶

Section Billed to shows organization name and billing email.

Edit information opens a modal to update name and email.

Add to your balance¶

Section Add to your balance with Add balance.

Opens amounts of $100.00, $500.00, and $1000.00, or a custom dollar amount. Checkout charges that amount in US dollars. After checkout you return to Arena; a success toast appears and balances refresh. Hidden when Enterprise is billed off-platform.

Invoices¶

Section Invoices lists billing documents.

Each row:

Upcoming Invoice for a draft, or open with a future due date.
Otherwise created date, status, and amount.

View Invoice opens the hosted invoice page. Off-platform Enterprise orgs do not see Invoices. That block is hidden with Payment method and Add balance.
