Getting started

Arena is a web app for running reinforcement learning experiments, training on datasets, and deploying agents. You work inside an organization (your workspace). Projects group experiments. Each experiment goes through a setup wizard, then runs on Arena compute.

What you need

  • An Arena account. Sign-in goes through your organization’s identity provider.

  • Paid features: a Manager on your organization to open Billing and members and change plan or credits.

Use Chrome for the most reliable experience in Arena. Other current browsers are supported.

Account access

New accounts register on the Arena sign-up page. Enter your details, choose a strong password, and confirm with Register. You land on the Free plan with no credit card. Arena then walks you through account setup.

Sign in from the login page with your email and Sign In.

Forgotten password: open the forgot-password flow, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link in email (links expire after 24 hours). Set a new password, then sign in again.

Profile and billing sit under the profile menu (top right). See Account.

Finding your way around

After sign-in you land on Home with tutorials, platform updates, and shortcuts. The sidebar on the left is the main navigation:

Environments

Built-in and custom RL environments

Datasets

Upload and manage training data (Advanced Training projects)

Projects and experiments (expand a project to see its runs)

Agents

Deploy and invoke trained agents

Account settings sit in the profile menu (top right, org initials). Everyone sees Profile management. Managers also see Usage, Billing and members, and on Enterprise plans On-prem training cluster.

First decisions

  1. Classic RL or Advanced Training on the Training switcher when you create a project. You cannot switch modes for an existing project. See Classic vs Advanced Training.

  2. Plan and credits. Training runs spend training credits. Free plans include a starting balance; paid plans add monthly credits and higher limits.

Suggested path

  1. Tutorials with screenshots for each click (also linked from Home).

  2. Quickstart: create a project, run the tutorial experiment, open results.

  3. Credits and plans when you need to understand billing.

  4. Account for profile, CLI keys, and org switching.

Interactive tutorials on Home start when you click Start on a tutorial card. Press X to exit a tour.
