Balance and plans¶
Arena bills training from a prepaid balance on the current organization. One user can belong to several organizations. The balance follows the org selected in the profile menu.
There are two ways to pay. Pay as you go is the default. Enterprise is a contract.
Balance¶
The balance is spent while a training job runs. The rate is the resource class price times hours times the number of nodes. A class shows that rate in US dollars, for example $5.00 per hour. Expand a day on Usage to see each job.
Balance: dollars left for the org. Pay as you go shows the amount on the profile menu and on Usage, for example

An org Admin adds balance on Billing and members. Packs are $100.00, $500.00, and $1000.00, or a custom dollar amount. Checkout charges that amount in US dollars.
When the balance is low¶
On pay as you go, new training stops when the balance is $10.00 or lower. A job already running stops when the balance falls below $5.00. A job that was already running can push the ledger below zero. Add balance before you start another run.
On Enterprise, training continues while usage is recorded.
Low balance alerts on Profile management send email. They do not change these limits.
Pay as you go¶
Pay as you go is what a new organization gets. Only an org Admin can add balance, edit the payment method, or manage members. The member list shows that role as Admin.
Manage members is available to Admins.
Org Admins on pay as you go have Add balance in the sidebar and on Billing and members. Both open the same purchase modal.
On a pay-as-you-go billing page, Contact us is how you ask about Enterprise.
The organization type under the org name starts as Personal. The first time an Admin adds balance, it becomes Business. You do not set this yourself. That label is the organization type.
Enterprise¶
Enterprise is not sold in the app. Use Contact us on Billing and members. An AgileRL admin marks the organization as Enterprise.
Two contract styles:
Billed in Stripe. Billing still shows a renewal day.
Billed off-platform. Billing and members hides payment method, Add balance, and invoices. The plan line reads Enterprise — contract billing (invoices handled off-platform).
Arena still records job usage in dollars, at the same resource-class rates as pay as you go. That record is what a contract invoice is based on.
Bring your own compute is only on Enterprise. Supervised Other datasets (tabular and non-tabular) are only on Enterprise. Cloud GPU classes are the same catalog on both.
Add balance¶
On Billing and members, section Add to your balance, click Add balance.

The modal also takes a custom dollar amount. After checkout you return to Arena and the balance updates. Off-platform Enterprise orgs do not see this section.
